Allie Rui, born in November 2015, hails from Potomac, Maryland. Embarking on her piano journey at the age of 5, she has attended many piano competitions and received some awards including first place in MSMTA Spring Festival Solo Competition 2023, third place in YMIC Metropolitan Classical Music Festival 2022 and MSMTA Spring Festival solo competition 2022, Honorable Mention in MSMTA Miriam S. Gottlieb Memorial Piano Competition 2023 and International Young Artist Piano Competition 2023.
Not limited to the piano, Allie has learned to play violin for more than a year, showcasing her skills as the first violin in the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra's future stars group. Beyond the realm of music, she is also good at math, highlighting the intriguing connection between math and music.
In her leisure moments, Allie finds joy in activities like playing tennis and swimming, displaying a well-rounded and dynamic personality.
