​Eileen Zhuge, a 9th-grade student at Winston Churchill High School in Maryland, is a passionate musician for both piano and violin. Her musical journey began at the age of 3 with the piano and at 5 with the violin. Eileen has achieved many successes in piano, including 1st place in the Elite International Music Competition in 2018; 1st place in the Charleston International Music Competition (Winter Music Competition) in 2022. In the realm of violin, Eileen has been an integral part of the MCYO for 6 years and served as the concertmaster of both Young Artists and Symphony. Her talent was recognized when she won 1st place in the Charleston International Music Competition (European Music Competition) in 2023.​ Beyond her classical musical achievements, Eileen finds joy in her free time by learning and performing song covers with her friends.
