Concert at Raphael House

On a cloudy day in January, Music and Love visited Raphael House. Caitlyn opened the concert with a beautiful concerto on the piano, followed by Candice playing an upbeat song called "Happy Farmer." Isis performed an elegant piece on the pipa, a traditional Chinese instrument, called "Dance of Yi People." The pipa made a wonderful sound. Frankie played "Lunar Eclipse," a piece that sounded as mysterious as a real lunar eclipse. Ethan performed Etude in A Minor by Sibelius, a fast paced and exciting piece. Alex Mao performed Humoresque on the cello. The deep bass notes from the cello filled the room with a comforting feeling. Finally, Faith and Esther performed a duet of Libertango, a haunting melody, but invigorating all the same.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the concert today as always.
