Concert at Raphael House

Even though it’s a foggy and gloomy day (boo hoo), our thirteen performers made it feel like a great sunny summer day! The pianists played some happy and cheerful piano pieces such as the fantastic Fantasy Theme played by Victoria, transported everyone into a lush fantasy world with her fingers going up and down as if to draw out a castle wall. David conducted a very cheerful puppet show during his performance of The Puppet Show Op.5. The strings trio is back and finished it all with two stunning pieces carefully chosen to end this off strong. They did so well in fact that I think they should actually become a tiny orchestra!!! Lexi Yang did awesome on her first performance with us on the oboe, the notes filled every corner of the room loudly and clearly. Everyone did fantastic today and played really well. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed on Isabella (yes, that’s her real name) the cat will come back and be under our chairs for us to pet. Catch ya’ll next time!! (Reported by Aric Deng).
