Strings & Sales: Students' Fundraiser at Bethesda

On a warm windy day, Grace, Allie and Jacqueline had the first fundraiser event at Bethesda Lane of the year. Allie and Jacqueline took turns to play violin, while Grace was asking people and raising money for the children’s inn at NIH and our organization. It was not easy to raise money today. Although there were lots of people walking by,  we got a lot of ‘No’s when we asked. However, we didn’t give up but kept trying, and we end up raising $268.53. We were very happy about the result and it was also a great opportunity to get-together with friends. We love fundraising events and we are looking forward to more of them coming in the near future!
