Technology of 3D Printing Lesson

Hey guys!!! I’m not only a communication director, but I’m also a teacher!!! Isn’t that great? The “Make Your Dreams” class that’s all about the wonderful technology of 3D Printng just kicked off today!!! In the first of our six thirty minute sessions, we covered the basics of 3D Printng and had lots of fun discussing the hobby and asking questions!!! I know many of my students showed lots of interest in this field after completing this first class and I think this motivation is going to keep them improving their skills in this hobby for a long time!!! We are soon going to use the modeling software, Onshape, to actually learn 3D Modeling. During the fifth class, they will face the final “Engineering Dilemma” in which they will later get to take home a physical model that they designed earlier. I am proud to be aspiring my students to learn to love making things and I surely do hope this is useful for their later life (maybe) as an engineer. Good luck young learners and I am very proud of you!!!
