Concerts since 2022

Since the year 2022 commenced, some gifted young musicians have been gracing the halls of Brookdale Senior Living with our melodious tunes every Sunday. Our performances have been a source of great joy and inspiration for both the residents and staff, who have shown unwavering enthusiasm and appreciation for our music. Witnessing the connection between the musicians and the audience has been truly heartwarming, leaving a lasting impression on all those present. During one of our past gatherings, Allie played the Nocturne No.21 in C Minor  Op. Posth by Chopin and the Sonata No.16 in C major by Mozart for our residents. It was a magical moment that we will never forget. In particular, one of the ladies in attendance was so moved by the music that she couldn't help but dance to the beautiful melodies. It was a heartwarming sight that left a lasting impression on all of us. Eileen is an incredibly skilled musician who captivates her audience with her diverse repertoire. Her performances range from the enchanting Chinese classic "Butterfly Lovers," to the nostalgic and heartwarming classic movie music pieces such as "A Time for Us" and "Merry Go Round of Life". Eileen's musical talent transports her audience into a world of wonder and emotion, leaving them with a sense of awe and admiration. During the summer of 2023, a group of passionate young musicians came together with a noble purpose in mind - to spread love and kindness among the residents of our community. We established a student-led non-profit organization named 'Music and Love Inc' to spread music and love to more residents from different senior living communities.
